1What is DeliverLean?
DeliverLean is a healthy gourmet meal delivery service.
2What type of meal plans do you have?
We have 5 meal plans: Classic, Paleo, Keto, Vegan and Vegetarian. We also have desserts, snacks, kids' meals and juice.
3Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the tri-county area all the way from Jupiter to Kendall.
4How does it work?
Each week we launch a new menu with over 100 menu items. Once you’ve signed up, you will receive a user name and password to be able to log in to our menu and choose your meals for the following week. If you don’t choose your menu by our cutoff times, we will send you chef’s choice items.
5How do I choose my meals?
Log in to https://deliverlean.force.com/members/ with your user name and password. Select a day from the calendar, browse the menu items, add to your order and save. We also have a mobile app which makes it easy to order meals on your phone.
6What if I have a food intolerance or allergy?
We can accommodate up to 3 dislikes in your account. This means that if you have an item set as a dislike, you will not receive any menu items with those ingredients. If you have a severe or life threatening food allergy, we do not advise using our program as we can not guarantee against cross-contamination and our facility processes all major allergens.
7Can I mix and match menu items or do I have to stick to one menu?
Yes, you can choose from any menu item and mix and match between plans.
8Is there a limit to how much I can order?
There is a minimum amount of meals required each day based on what you selected at sign up. However, if you want to order more than the minimum daily, that is possible. Please be advised that if you add more than the minimum daily, your account balance will be depleted faster and this will accelerate your auto-renewal date.
9What subscription options are there?
We offer a weekly billing option. All plans are on auto-renewal and will continue in perpetuity until we are notified otherwise.
10How long does it take to process a cancellation or change to my account?
All changes must be made in writing to our customer service department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and take 5 business days to take effect. Cancellations must be submitted 5 days prior to auto-renewal in order not to be rebilled for another cycle.
11How much are the meals?
The meals are $10.95 each for most entrees. Our snacks, juice, salads, wraps, desserts and kids' meals are set at a different prices depending on the item. Prices are reflected in the online ordering portal.
12How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are additional and are $8 per delivery.
13When do you make deliveries?
We make deliveries on M, W, F between the hours of 12am-7am. Our drivers deliver in the middle of the night and do not ring doorbells or knock on doors. We must have clearance and access to condos and any gated communities prior to our first delivery to avoid delays. In some cases, a Free On Board may need to be provided by the customer.
14What do I do with my bags?
On the night before your next delivery, leave your bags and icepacks out on your front doorstep for our driver to retrieve. If you’d like to keep the ice packs, you are welcomed to!
15How do you keep your meals cold?
Our meals are delivered in an insulated cooler bag with plenty of ice packs to keep the meals cold. When you receive your meals, refrigerate immediately.
16How do I heat my meals?
Most people microwave their meals in our microwave safe containers. Remove the lid and heat your meals in the microwave for 1:00-2:00 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. You can also remove the ingredients from the container and heat on the stovetop or in the oven. Our containers are NOT oven or stovetop safe.
17Are your containers recyclable?
Our containers are made of PET recyclable material. While we don’t take our containers back, they are 100% recyclable. We encourage you to re-use your containers or recycle them. We are unable to accept used containers back into our facility.
18What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to discontinue your program, please email email@example.com. Please be advised that you are obligated to complete your service through the end of your current cycle and no refunds will be given. If cancellation requests are not received at least 5 business days prior to auto renewal, you will be automatically re-billed for another cycle and will be obligated to continue service through the end of that cycle.
